Microsoft Access database software is the database component of the Microsoft Office family of products. Not only is it one of the easiest to use of desktop databases and a very powerful tool for storing, retrieving and manipulating data, it can access data in many other database stores, and also can be used to create Windows database applications for others to use without having to know Access.
